This breakfast idea is perfect for cold, wet, miserable mornings. It goes very well with natural yogurt, or you can just enjoy it on its own.
1 tbsp runny honey
8 whole almonds, smashed in a bag with a rolling pin
- Preheat oven to 200C
- Cut a grapefruit in half and run a knife around the sides of each segment so it’s easier to take out after cooking.
- Sprinkle the crushed almonds on top then drizzle a little honey on top before cooking.
- Place on a baking tray & bake for 20 mins, when the honey starts to caramelise.
