Tropical chia breakfast

Chia seeds, in my opinion, are amazing! The are so easy to prepare in advance for a fast breakfast or an easy snack. Chia seeds are rich in omega 3 fatty acids (protective for your heart) and also a good source of b vitamins, calcuim, magnesium, manganese, phosphorus and zinc.
