There is something very satisfying about making your own muesli. You can personalise it however you like, there are no rules about quantities or ratios, you can just free pour and have as much or as little as you like of each component. Something you will never get from a shop-bought packet!! In this post I am sharing one of my mixes (there are many, as each time I do something a little different depending on what is in our cupboards), however this one is a favourite.

  • High fibre
  • Energy food
  • Vegan
  • No refined sugar
  • Clean eating


  • Puffed spelt
  • Buckwheat flakes
  • Sunflower seeds
  • Pumpkin seeds
  • Dried cranberries
  • Coconut cubes
  • Freezedried raspberries
  • Milled hemp seeds
  • Milled mixed nuts
  • Goji berries
  • Flaked coconut
  • Buckwheat granola (see separate recipe)


  1. Mix all ingredients together and store in an air-tight container.
  2. Enjoy with milk, yogurt or sprinkled over fruit.
